This is Bennet’s main point of reference as well as the audience. It is where Bennet spends most of his time so we want to feel lived in as well as a place of work. We want his lab to have a practical look to contrast the other locations, which will be from the other world. This is our world and it’s timeless, not futuristic and not in the past. It will look like a workshop with tools and equipment lining the walls. Monitors and other technical will be shown, lit up with various programs running. If you’ve ever seen the movie Primer that is a look we are leaning toward. Very basic, everyday machines and equipment are what Bennet uses to teleport, nothing high-tech or futuristic.
