Getting Shit Done

With those words ringing in my head I get to work. 2011, getting. shit. done.

One of my goals for 2011 is to complete a short film I had an idea for after attending a panel at last years SXSW in Austin. What if someone could teleport somewhere, anywhere, but could only be in that place for 90 seconds? What kind of story could you do with that idea?

Well I have my story and the short is now in pre-production.  From now until completion I'll be updating the progress and status of the film.

This is the first post and a lot of work has already been done. The first draft of the script is finished with revisions coming soon. Some good people have either signed on or are in talks to work on the production. Charles Elmore will be my Director of Photography. Ryan Haines from SLACKCiRCUS Studios out of Dallas is in talks to come on board as Post Supervisor. Daniel Sutliff from the Tulsa bands DANIEL(S) and And There Stand Empires is pegged to score the film and a few other people are in talks to join the production and hopefully I'll be able to officially confirm them soon.
