Wow. What a busy week. Prepped a music video with under a weeks notice, production meeting with all my crew, location scouting and started teaching. Luckily everything went on without a hitch. Music video is going to be amazing, seriously we pulled off some really amazing stuff with the amount of time we had. Matt Leach, Charles Elmore and Matt Phipps are amazing. The talent we had, Erin Turner and Jay Allen, incredible. Ryan Haines, what can I say, love the guy. Looking forward to seeing the end product. So, after a full week of prepping a music video and a full day of shooting my DP Charles Elmore and I went on a little location scouting. We hit up the Great Salt Plains, Glass Mountains and Little Sahara in northwest Oklahoma. We got a really good feel for what these places look like in person and if you've never been out to any of them I suggest you do so, they're incredible.

Everything is rolling right along, production design, locations and equipment are falling in to place. I'm very pleased with how things are going so far and I'm excited to see what happens next. Stay tuned!
I drove out to the salt plains near Jet, OK about 17 or 18 years ago. It was pretty awesome. I think these locations are going to work great!
